After a very good first week I ran into some issues as I found myself having to eat out a number of times this week.  That makes it very tough to get the type of numbers I like to see.  That being said I still dropped another 3.5 pounds this week.

It is amazing how motivating it is to see the number on the scale going down.  It’s also very difficult to see when you aren’t getting the movement you like.  This week was very up and down and unfortunately I expect next week to be the same as I am on a business trip starting on Sunday for 4 days.  I am very much looking forward to having a good stretch of time where I can really get into the diet and see some great movement.

Here is what I know.  I can do this, I have to be consistent and I have to set goals that are achievable.
